This is a relatively new Toyota "rav" which we recently repaired.  The owner hit someone and there was major damage to the front end including the frame rails and core support which is a welded up assembly.  After removing all of the damaged pieces, we began measuring and making sure that the rest of the body was not affected.....  

Anyhow, the repairs were made, parts refinished and the car was put back together for the owner.   The picure below shows the car once we were done with it.  The owner was happy to find that it was returned cleaner than when she brought it to us!
