We painted the metallic grey stripe on the bottom edge of this SUV. We then hand painted the pinstripes along the sides and back along with the vinyl die-cut logos you see on the quarter panel.
This truck got a sponge applique outlined with hand painted pinstripes for this effect. The following picture shows more detail....
